Job Description

As a Project Manager of E-commerce, you need to collaborate with different departments such as sales/CRM/logistic/IT team internally and person of interest externally make sure the project is on track. You need to discuss with the team about the campaign also the online performance. Evaluate and monitor the project performance. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Responsibilities

  • Awareness of the digital advertising and strategies and the ecosystem of digital marketing world. Be able to plan, coordinate & manage advertising projects (paid ads/ SEO/ PR/ KOL) with team members to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understanding the implications.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to understand complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses and optimize for campaign performance and product developments.
  • Cultural flexibility is essential to collaborate colleagues across all 4 regions (HK, TW, CN, ID).
  • Manage Online platform (marketplace like Tokopedia or official website), including listing, banner, price, stock, and campaign.
  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, project schedules, risk analyze and results estimates.
  • Assign and prioritize the work of the team to align with the goals and objectives of the business.
  • Utilize project management tool to ensure all projects on track.
  • Enable the “perfect” product detail page on key e-commerce platforms by optimizing relevant contents and product information in both a search-optimized and consumer relevant way.
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Campaign Executive.

  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with the use of Excel or Google sheet function (vlookup/ Sumif and pivot table)

 

Required experience

  • 2+ years experiences in Digital Marketing or Analytical field

 

Good To Have

  • Google AdWords/Google Analytics Certificate
  • Experience as an administrator or user of ServiceNow, Jira, Asana and other innovative support and project management tools
  • Experience or exposure to ecommerce Web sites supporting an organization with physical stores is not required but helpful.
  • Minimum 5 -8+  managing fast-paced, digital and/or projects and activities including creative, media, and technology elements and teams. Experience as a business analyst and/or agency experience is a plus.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of agile project management as well as scrum methods.
  • Have exposure to working with systems integrators on run and maintain projects.
  • Experience or exposure to ecommerce Web sites supporting an organization with physical stores is not required but helpful.
