Job Description

Propose, deliver and monitor Distributor Engagement and Replenishment strategies for Egogo Source as 1 of the leading e-commerce in B2B market and build Suppliers’ brands unique and strong brand awareness reaching B2C market by utilizing 360 degrees marketing communication means from PR, events, digital marketing, communities and so on and so forth.

Responsibilities :

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to the Distributor where to play within emerging trends in Partner's ecosystem in alignment with Egogo Source business priorities. Works with the Distributor to create a mutually beneficial plan for the future.
  • Drives end-to-end Egogo Source revenue, profitability, and pipeline by creating joint business plans and leading data-driven sales efforts with the Distributor.
  • Articulates both Egogo Source business strategies to effectively "sell with," "sell to," and "sell through" the Distributor, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
  • Develops solid knowledge of Distributor priorities, industry trends, industry landscape, product strategy, Egogo Source priorities, and communicates value of the portfolios and solutions to better differentiate Egogo Source from competitors.
  • Demonstrates business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with one or many Distributors to grow HPE market share.
  • Coordinates and executes Egogo Source activities with the Distributor, leveraging Egogo Source specialists when needed, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements. Drives Egogo Source marketing strategy through the distributor to the customer.
  • Drives and implements Egogo Source strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Distributor to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to Egogo Source.
  • Tailors sell solutions to fit the needs of the partner's customer profile including Egogo Source products, services and technology alliances to achieve assigned quota.
  • Solid understanding of Egogo Source platform and how they can deliver value to customers in contrast to Egogo Source 's competitors
  • Builds understanding of and relationships with partner and internal community among all types and levels of the business, integrating sales engagement efforts. Solid understanding of the Partner's relationships and needs.
  • Be able to select the best product for the customer's needs, maximizing value for both the customer and Egogo Source.
  • May recruit, qualify and develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to Egogo Source.
  • May spend time monitoring the Distributor sales floor to help develop the pipeline.
  • Works to ensure that partners are aware of, and compliant with Egogo Source requirements for Distributor, including applicable legal obligations.

Qualifications :

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience,
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and in Mandarin is a plus,
  • Solid experience of selling to Distributors (B2B),
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manager role in Marketing Communication or Public Relations position. Experience working for B2B and or in media/communication/PR agency is a plus point,
  • Proficient understanding of the Marketing Communication and experience in digital marketing fundamentals, concepts, tools and practices,
  • Experience in developing and running Marketing Communication campaigns, project management and have strong network in media and or trade organization,
  • Have ability to look forward and anticipate partner needs, proactively forecasting sales quota and effectively bridging sales gaps.
  • Have solid understanding of the Egogo Source industry, trends, and competitors,
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects,
  • Professional, clear, and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a professional level of verbal, written and listening skills Ability to create and assemble attractive marketing materials,
  • Fluency in Office/Google Workplace suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Gmail, Docs, Sheets etc).
