Job Description

As a Brand Manager of Ecommerce, you need to collaborate with different departments such as CRM/logistic/IT/digital marketing team internally and on behalf of the company to our client externally. Make market research analysis / marketing & sales plan for the client. Besides, you also need to discuss with the project manager to make sure your campaign is executed accurately and monitor the performance then optimize it to achieve the KPI. Also Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.


  • Do the plan and monitor the performance for a brand, from : market analysis, price calculation, campaign launch plan, promotion plan to the sales number, be able to analyse the result and optimize it.
  • Awareness of the digital advertising and strategies and the ecosystem of digital marketing world. Be able to plan, coordinate & manage advertising projects (paid ads/ SEO/ PR/ KOL) with team members to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understanding the implications.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to understand complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses and optimize for campaign performance and product developments.
  • Manage Online platform (marketplace like Tokopedia or official website), including listing, banner, price, stock, and campaign.
  • Knowledge of how to build the brand awareness/interest/loyalty and then lead to sales number.
  • Monitor and take the responsibilities to meet the KPI of both online marketing .
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, project schedules, risk analyze and results estimates.
  • Make the report to the client to show how’s the performance and the sales plan following.
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Campaign Executive.

  • Familiar with the use of Excel or Google sheet function (vlookup/ Sumif and pivot table)
  • Good Powerpoint (Google Slide) and report ability
  • Creative to find innovative way to promo the brand and improve the sales
  • Cultural flexibility is essential to collaborate colleagues across all 4 regions (HK, TW, CN, ID).


Required experience

  • 2+ years experiences in Digital Marketing or Brand Manager


Good To Have

  • Google AdWords/Google Analytics Certificate
  • Experience or exposure to ecommerce
  • Minimum 5 -8+  managing fast-paced, digital and/or projects and activities including creative, media, and technology elements and teams.
  • Have exposure to working with systems integrators on run and maintain projects.
